Need to re-order your pet’s medication?

Please use this form to request a repeat prescription for your pet’s medication. We will let you know when it’s ready for collection so you can drop in to pay & collect at a time that suits your schedule.  For some medications,we may need to contact you for advance payment. Orders are usually ready within 1 business day. For same day collection, please contact the clinic staff directly over the phone instead of using this form.
